Every email and voice message goes to the research team directly rather than into an automated queue. Leave a clear message with your name, the best return number and a note on the subject, and a member of the shop returns the call within the working week.
Messages received during the working week are answered within two business days. We reply to note that your brief has been read and to suggest a first conversation, usually by email or a short call.
Common questions
What do you need in a first message?
Three things help the most. Describe the language material you hold or want to collect, name the decision or output the analysis must support and say roughly when you need it. Common sense about the audience matters more than a perfect specification.
Is a corpus brief different from a quote?
A corpus brief is the opening note that defines the shape of the work. From a good brief the shop returns a scoped proposal that names the steps, the measures and the cost. It is deliberately a conversation starter rather than a binding contract, and it can be as short as a few lines.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Yes. Research and annotation are delivered remotely and most projects are coordinated by email and scheduled calls. Projects are carried under the terms set by NLP Investments LLC of the United States, and any data handling follows the privacy practices described in the privacy policy and the terms of service linked in the footer.
Prefer the press schedule?
Understanding the shop before you write will make your message sharper. Learning how a job runs helps you place the right request the first time.
